Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress at all times. Students are expected to attend classes regularly to maintain satisfactory academic progress.
EHSP students must attend 25 hours per week (15 hours of virtual lessons and 10 hours of self-study) and EAP students must attend 20 hours per week (10 hours of virtual lessons and 10 hours of self-study). We recommend attending at least 80% of at all times during the course in order to maintain satisfactory academic progress.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds apply for change of mind. Prior to the course commencement date, if you are unable to start your course you must notify Times Academy on [email protected] at least 72 hours prior to the commence date to reschedule your course start date. No cancellations or make-up classes are provided once the course commencement date has passed.
Issuing of Certificates and Delivery
Times Academy is solely responsible for the delivery of all courses and for the issuance of certification. Times Academy is solely responsible for ELICOS compliance.
Student Code of Conduct
All people associated with Times Academy have the same rights. Harassment, bullying and victimisation will not be tolerated at Times Academy. Discrimination on any grounds is unacceptable. Students who feel that they are being sexually harassed or are the victims of any sort of racism should initially contact the Administration Manager. Times Academy reserves the right to remove students who conduct themselves in an unacceptable manner from any lesson. Students who continue to conduct themselves in an unacceptable manner may be completely banned from the platform. In such cases, there is no refund.
